I called the same company, since I received their package this morning.  I asked them how they can guarantee us work if we sign up for this 3% discount program.  They cannot guarantee you work, they just go with the lowest abstractor fee and if you are one of them they will send you the work.

So to me, is not a math whiz.  If we do the job, why should we take this program of 3% discount, when you are already offering a discount in the first place.

And if you dont take the 3% discount program you will see your money in about 60 days.  Ofcourse, they guarantee you work if you have the lowest abstractor fee in your coverage area.

I sent back their application letting them know that we are not interested to be affiliate with them.  We bill monthly and we expect payment within 30 days from the time our invoice goes out.

But I agree with everyone, what is happening to this industry?.  The big companies are becoming "Scrooge".
