Thanks Robert. A search by name feature would be very helpful. I am aware of all the other ways you listed and they are very convenient if you either already know the SOT ID # or have already found the company listing.

I wanted to leave some positive feedback for my best clients as a way of recognizing the excellent payment record. But it was very difficult to find them by searching through each of the counties.

I think adding the SOT ID on the abstract sheets is a good way and I intend to do that here as well or maybe with a stamp on the cover sheet explaining why I am leaving it.

I hope you didn't take my last post as a criticism of the rating system. I think it is a much needed service you are providing  for independent  abstractors and our clients.
