Thank you all for your words of encouragement. I have known this family all of my life and went to school with all of the children (they are all 1-2 years apart in age). This poor mother has always struggled. She was a single mother that raised her kids the best way she could. She now has a great husband that has been a gift from God for her.
Whitney, I am so sorry to hear about the loss of your son. My best friend lost her son in 1999, he was 13. He drowned. I remember the day he died, I went to see her, she has been my best friend for 14 years. I had no words to say, I just layed beside her in bed and held her in my arms. Seems like we layed there for  hours.
I remember my when I was 6 months pregnant and the doctor told me that there was no heartbeat and I had to have the baby taken. I remember the pain that I felt, I could never imagine the pain that you feel.
