Maybe it's just me, but I think that some of the "engagement packets" that some of these companies use is ridiculous. I don't fill them out, therefore I don't work for those companies. I don't "work for them" and I don't think that information is any of their business. I operate an LLC and if a company wants to purchase my product - it is on my terms and I supply them with the information they need to do business with my company.
Basically, I provide them with a list of services, the counties we cover, the prices, and our tax ID number. E&O certificate of coverage is available upon request. If they want to order a search, great; if they want me to fill out a booklet with my personal information and a list of my clients, they can go elsewhere.
