Would you mind e-mailing me at advanceres@yahoo.com with the details as to how you are able to do this.  I agree with you on the fact that it is the time to receive and get the orders out that makes the turn time longer.  I have been brainstorming on how to do this.  Keep in mind we have no outlets or internet connections at the courthouse we can use.
