We offer 24-48 hour turn time and I intend to stick with it. If one client needs 8 hour, I would have to move their work in front of my more reasonable clients. It wouldn't be fair to those clients. Doesn't facilitating this type of behaviour just lead to more companies asking for quicker turn times?
If a client need an occasional super rush, we do our best to accommodate them. If an exam is troublesome, we expect our clients to understand and give us more time to complete it. Every job needn't be a rush, not every borrower, purchaser, seller is in a giant hurry to close. I have never heard of anyone dying because the closing was delayed. The only reason I can see to make everything a super rush is to satisfy predatory lenders that don't want to give the consumer any time to think about what they are getting into.
Regarding courthouse campers, it's fun to learn they are everywhere. I guess rude people are not region dependent.
