This sound to be LFC.  I received the same letter, I already faxed my letter to them, stating that we also require some help from them if they want us to help them meet their goal. any order after 9:30 am should be called to us in our cell phones, and provide us their clients name, address and county, this way, we can assure them if we can meet their 8 hrs. 

Is just call customer service.
