as to not having a "banner" on the top of the fax being sent, I'm fairly sure

I saw something that said there is a federal law that requires such.  Sending

a fax, or in the case of a person allowing a phone line to be used w /o having

the banner included, I beleive is a violation, and could result in the line

being pulled from that location.

Any attorney have an opinion, or know the law?
