Hi Wayne,

If you are referring to removing them from the SOT directory, we do try to remove obsolete listings.  Some folks have been kind enough to let us know when they close up shop, others don't seem to bother.

When we receive a report that a company has gone out of business, we make some effort to contact them to verify the information before removing them from the directory... if we get no response, their listing is temporarily removed and they will get a message to contact us if they log in again.
