Thanks, Shannon.  I got it straightened out.  And thanks to Jay, too, for offering to help.

Seems LFC was having problems with their email over the weekend, and they didn't know why I was given a fax number that wouldn't work.

I was contacted by the NC rep, and spoke with someone in Vendor Management yesterday.  I think it's all taken care of.

Now if they'll just send me some work!
