Source of Title Forums: Re: Because everyone lowers them

Before I left NY, they increased recording fees in certain counties. Now I'm in Brevard County, FL and we got a letter that they're increasing their recording fees as well. Now, generally speaking, my clients pay county recording fees up front, but it's the same basic idea... recording fees now, tomorrow it will probably be copy fees...

... and gas ... and electric ... and rent ... and car payments ...

I don't know about you all, but I didn't get into this business to survive on ramen noodles alone!
