The same thing happened to me!

I was first trying to get a copy of the not so hot list just to see whether or not a company I used to work for was on it - because I was *SURE* they had to be. There wasn't even a question in my mind.

So, while I was waiting for the not so hot list, I got a copy of the hot list... and lo and behold, there they were... a hot company. I couldn't believe it! Almost made me fall out of my chair in shock.

I think part of the problem is the hot list is very subjective.
