Since I keep tabs on this list, I would like to add something else to the forum.

I have plenty of people, at least 10 a week, requesting the hot list. I even get the same people to request it again a month later wanting to see an "updated" list. The bad thing about it is, I have had maybe 2 people offer a company name that is wothy of the list. People are requesting but not adding to the list. I really can't update the list because I get the same names that are already on there.

I have come to the point in my career that if someone wants to undercut me, they are going to,  no matter what. I have lost a few clients but I always get them back in the end, when the "fly by night abstractor" makes a big mess and I end up cleaning up their mess. 
 
I think that it is a great idea to be a member of NALTEA in order to get the list.
