A campaign to the attorneys in your coverage area may work. It helps if you know several of them, but call your own attorney and ask if he could identify those who specialize in Real Estate law. You have valuable experience. That sells. Put on your marketing hat for a little while and take the 50 hours you would devote to title work and shift it to getting new clients right where you live, those are the best ones to have. The folks that you can actually build a business relationship with.
