That is a drawback to the "HOT" list. I just saw a copy of the list back in June and we have very few clients on it. Most of our work is for local companies that don't really qualify for the list - I guess that is a good thing.
Remember, the "HOT" list was started and distributed by "users" of Source of Title - Source of Title does not maintain, nor distribute the list to anyone.
You might want to talk to Jay about making the list a NALTEA perk. Not a bad idea.
