Hey Guys,  I really like the new format.  It will take a bit of time to clear out my confusion over whether I have read the older "new" messages, but it was a pleasure today to check for new posts, without having to recheck messages I was unsure I had already read.  I think after a few weeks of this everyone is going to appriciate what you have done, and it should keep some older threads open for a longer time.  Thanks, Doug
