I would be glad to give as much advice, input from my area as possible.  By the way, in PA we have books, conveyancing in Pennsylvania by Ladner.  They basically break down the Pennsylvania Real estate laws.  I use them for a little "light" reading whenever I get a chance.  I wonder if other states have this?
