We are willing to work with our clients if we can find some benefit in it., but certainly not 23%. I really feel that abstractors should stick to there prices within reason. Every time we cave into these companies, we suffer, they win and the next thing you know we are out of business. We provide quality service, quick turn around time and we expect to be paid a reasonable fee for that service.  I'm sure these companies can find someone cheaper however as the saying goes "You get what you pay for". Eventully they will realize that they were getting a good deal. Why be in business if you are not making money?
