I am hoping some people will post some test question ideas for me.  I may use a question similar to this one.  Yes this test is for NALTEA.  I am the chair for the education and training committee and we are in the process of setting up an abstractor certification program.  You need to be a member of NALTEA to get certified.  I have submitted the plan to the board and we are awaiting their approval at this time. The test is the last thing we need to complete and  I want to have it done by month end to submit to the board. 
Our hope is that this certification will help us not only gain more respect and hopefully more business but NALTEA is also working on better E&O rates for certified abstractors.  We hope that the insurance companies will be more 'on board' with NALTEA too after they see how seriously we are working towards bettering our industry.
Imagine an insurance company having this requirement: "This file must have the title search performed by a certified abstractor"  Just my little dream trying to become reality.
