Hey Judy,

the past few winters have been busier than usual due to the record low mortgage rates.  Normal winters, in the Mid-west at least, show a major slow down from about Thanksgiving until about March-April.  I believe this year we will have a normal Winter slow down and have planned accordingly, making sure that I will have enough work for the staff that I currently have in both offices.  With you being in a warmer climate it might not slow down as much.  I believe this Winter will show who the grasshoppers are and who are the ants.  Jay
