I'm guessing Scott is in the greater Philadelphia area as I understand Montgomery specifically is now 2-1/2 mths behind.

I'm in York County.  Here, if you walk it in it gets recorded while you stand there.  I don't believe you can walk it in and drop it off.  One time I saw one of the girls reach under the counter and pull out about a 2 foot stack of overnight envelopes.  I asked if that was that days and she said it was 'part' of them.  They've got some girls working w/customers and they've got some girls that just work on the overnight/mailed docs.  If something is wrong, it gets a rejection slip and then returned.  Don't know if it goes back out the same day for rejection or if they sit for a while.
