she had an article in one of her newsletters where she stated she saw no need for an abstractor to have E&O.  she said searching a title is just like doing geneology research.

quite frightening that people with no background in the closing industry think she knows what she's talking about (her notary info is also off the mark quite often too as she doesn't have much experience in that area either)
