Tim, please note I never mentioned your company by name. I am not in any way suggesting that you do not pay your people. I just don't understand why I have to offer discounts in order to be paid sooner. I understand completely that you are not forcing anyone to go with that program. I don't understand why if I do my job well and in a timely professional manner I have to wait 30 to 45 to be paid. If I do the same job in the same way and manner but I allow you to reduce my hard earned wages by 3% I will get to have them sooner. Only thing I can figure is my 3% discount is more that the 1+% the bank might give you for holding the money longer. I'm really not well versed in the money
