Thanks for the info Sandy.  Business has been extremely slow where I am.  I would be so grateful for any help you can offer in regards to what government agencies to contact, who to ask for, what services they would be looking for.  I have just hired another person because things had gotten busy but I will have to let someone go if things don't turn around quickly.
