Thanks Scott, I too, would not have known what the definition was, had I not worked for a nationwide company based out of PA........Wow, what great feedback everyone!  I have been off the site this week and was so happy to see such terrific suggestions, ideas, etc.,coming from all over...Shannon, I have also been throwing ideas around in my head and will have my "10 questions" to ya by the end of the week...........
