Jay, I received a copy of your hot list, about a year or so ago, and I want to thank you very much for the list.  Of all the company's listed, I managed to get one new client.  I already had, on my clientele list, several of the companies named.  I for one appreciate all the hard work it took to compile that list.  Anyone that a hot list has a good start on putting their own list together.  Also, for those looking for new clients, look into your local government,  Code Enforcement/Building Inspection and Treasurer's Office/Delinquent Real Estate.  I do work for our local government.  Their work helps during slow times.
