Thanks for responding.
In Maryland, we are meets/bound or lot/block (a subdivision or street) for a legal description. The counties I cover in Maryland are much easier than other states, the surveyors and Clerk's are trying to make it easier for the general public to read a deed.
I have been trained by an attorney and taken classes by a state's attorney and never heard of some of the things that I hear at this web site. It is nice to learn new things and some things I retain and some I let go.
