Hmm, well two years experience seems to me to be a reasonable time. From prior postings here it seems to be what the insurors expect before they grant E & O. But three years might fit better with your schedule for renewal and keep evrerything consistant.
Recertification requiring continuing education is also a good idea. I have a question? Will we be able to gain continuing education credits from other than NALTEA? ie local colleges, business siminars etc. Will you certify instructors to hold these classes in local areas.
I am less concerned with the cost of the credit hours than I am the availability of the classes. The time off from work to attend distant classes can be very difficult.
