Good start. Any good national test will have questions that are general in nature and common to each state. It will also have a study guide. A NALTEA test will need to have basic questions about real estate, property rights, types of ownership, types of deeds, mortgages and liens, and will also need to clarify the types of searches that are done. Some of these companies come up with the strangest terms for what they want. (A simple "one owner search" is term enough for me.)
