Great ideas.  We have another meeting scheduled for next Wed, and i will bring this up and see what we can do.  Any numbers?  How many years of experience, keeping in mind it must be able to be verified. 
We have agreed to have re-certification every 3 years with 15 hours of continuing ed credits.  The re-cert process will only consist of verifiable e&o, verify con't ed credits and a re-cert application to be able to keep everything filed straight and keep contact info current.
You all have been such a big help.
