Good idea David. If an examiner has X number of years experience, carries e & o insurance, and has X number of qualified clients (ie lawyers), and/or a recommendation from a title insurance company, then the examiner would not be required to take the test. However, to keep the certifaction, the examiner must attend X number of hours of continuning education each year.
