I agree...  There should be some kind of a grandfather clause and allow abstractors who have x number of years experience or x number of qualified clients certify to the association of their ability be able to skip this test but get the certificate.  There should be some kind of continuing education for everyone and the test should be for new abstractors or for a new employee coming into your business who does not have the certificate...<?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" />
