Boy, James has given me alot to chew on as far as what I know and what I don't know. I am just an abstractor putting the pieces of a puzzle together on a few sheets of paper and faxing the report to the title company/attorney and letting them figure it out. After reading all of his questions, which I totally commend him for taking the time, some things I just don't have to know. I felt like I was about to take the Bar Exam. I am not an attorney, nor a surveyor, just an abstractor. I do not know how many sections of land are in a township.
Please, someone explain questions 8,9 and 10. Can I have a cheat sheet?
