I have been thinking about some questions and have not finalized mine yet, but looking at this post, I see how tough this is going to be.  I just read David's questions and realized how different the terms are in different states.  Unfortunately there seems to be some subtle differences in each county depending on who the recorder or prothonotary is and how laid back they are.  I'll post as soon as I come up with some questions.  Thanks for starting!
