Yep, You always did have a better way with words than me Robert. No one really had control of the old list. There were some who worked harder on it than others, Jay for one and lately as I understand it Loretta. But it never belonged to anyone.

But NALTEA could control and probably should control any improved and updated list they develop from it. I recently tried to use the list as a marketing tool and found it must have been pretty wounded with the recopying and passing around. There were some very good companies on the list but also some who are notorious for bad pay.  Other companies that I know to be excellent national companies were not listed.

I think some kind of scoring by contributors might be helpful. Members could score the companies based on their experience and this could be reflected in the list. It would also be very helpful if it were provided in some format besides fax text.
