I think Victoria Ring DOES have a NOTARY BOOK out, but I found this message from her on a web page, "The Notary News Back Issues":

No ? I do not plan to offer any abstract training course in the future.  However, you may want to check out the Title Abstractor Training Course at http://www.realestateschoolonline.com/TitleAbstractorCourse.htm

Maybe she has changed her mind since then.  The back issue was published May 8th, 2004.
