Regarding the certification... if NALTEA can manage to get a certification program in place, we will do whatever we can on this site to promote that certification and the association members that become certified.  We have an agreement with NALTEA to receive a list of companies that become certified, and we will accent those certified companies that are listed in our directory with a graphic or highlighting that will clearly indicate certified entities.  Even being an industry outsider, I think I've come to understand that it's a lot of hard work to get certification in place, but the industry seems to be starving for it.  I urge everyone who shares your frustrations to contact NALTEA, info@naltea.org, and specifically the education committee, education@naltea.org, with ideas, assistance, or anything that will help get a certification in place with some meat on the bone.
