Well I know this has been done different ways.  One woman I know added 10.00 to any order as a rush.  I started doing - 2 or more orders it is this price - 1 order only it is this price.  Some have been okay with it some I don't do business with it that way but I set it up because these counties I would loose probably even in gasoline alone if I had to go for one order.  I really think we all should do that because they ask us to take discounts when we get volume so I think it should be both ways.
