We do them all the time.  They mainly have been putting them on school sites around here.  They can be very difficult and normally the client wants full copies of everything found. 
We don't always get a site map, which makes it hard to know if every easement found applies to your corner of the property, so you have to report every single thing because you don't know where the tower  is going to be located.
Charge by the hour and do not include copy fees in your price quote!  And never tell them it will be done withing 2 weeks.  Always give yourself more than enough time, just in case it is worse than expected.  We had one in Williamsburg that took us 3 months to complete.
