There are MANY places out there to do searches online with a quick turnaround time and low fee.  I think everyone is very concerned about these.  I personally think the thing that will keep small companies in business will be the relationships they build with their clients.  There is nothing that will stop these other places from taking work unless they can't deliver what they promise.  What makes each of us stand apart from them is the personalized service; the ability to get an owner of a small company of the phone immediately with a problem; the lack of finger poiting that goes on within these other company; and the quality of work that they are used to getting from us.

Just a thought.
