As unfortunate as it is, it seems to be the wave of the future with the advent of technology. I'm a relatively new abstractor and I can already see being 'technologied' out of a job. The counties that house the biggest cities in Ohio are already creeping up on 42 years available online. As of right now, I only get searches for Franklin County, Ohio if there is a problem of some sort where it can't be completed inhouse. I try to find alternate means of income...
