Congrats Jay.......

I got into this business about 11 years ago. I worked for a Private Investigator and was trained in comprehensive background research. After 7 years of that I went to work for a litigation company to head up their public records research department. After a couple of years of being unappreciated.........we've all been there........... I opened Phoenix Document Service. We slowly gravitated towards property research which now is about 80% of our work. We still work for attorney's and others in the legal community. Enough of me..... We do need to set prices and stick with them, I agree about the young upstarts going cheap is killing all of us. I do have a 19 year old girl working for me and she is quite knowledgeable and mature for her age. I'm sure that I will be there for the meeting in TX and we'll see what we can get accomplished.
