I would just like to say that I appreciate Robert's honesty in response to the question posed by Roger. I think Robert has done an excellent job in providing all of the SOT members with a forum in which to learn from each other and discuss matters of common concern. I hope that Roger's concerns have been answered. I certainly invite any and all questions with respect to the LLC under discussion. This whole thing is in the initial planning stages, and is early enough in the process to explore all suggestions. In the end we hope to create an entity that will benefit all of the participants
