We all have used this web-site for the gain of our individual companies. By listing here, by advertising here and by talking here. I, for one have grown my company by at least 30%, have received numerous clients (yes, other title companies), and have expanded into other counties and by adding another office in another city partially by the advertisement investment I made on this site.
Robert Franco has a right to make a profit from his investment just as the rest of us do from our investments in our business. He has never kept hidden that he owns Versatitle.
The only ones that would benefit from the formation of an LLC would the ones who joined the LLC AND put forth the capital to get it started. If Robert doesn't join and put forth the capital he doesn't benefit, simple as that.
