The best way to learn the business is to have someone teach it to you on a one-on-one basis. The best to do that is to be employeed by a title company or an attorney that has the time for that individual training.

Yes, there are on-line courses out there you can take, but, as you will soon see from others who will post replies, they are just not worth it. General book knowledge is one thing and real live field work with a person training and watching over you is something else.
