Hiring a local booking service to do you accounting and collection procedures would be a great investment.  Do what you do good (searches) and let other specialists handle that part of your business.  These scum are able to get away with robbing from us because they figure out that we are good at what we do (searches) and darn poor at business practices like collections.  I'll bet Robert has a office person with whom he as assigned that function in his office.  How much lost income does it take to invoke and use good business practices?
