We have done several cell tower searches in SC. They are difficult, but not impossible to do. We are nortmally asked to do a 60 years search or an update from a title policy. Usually there are commercial leases and UCCs involved and the client wants a copy of all documents in the chain of title. We base the fee on our hourly fee of $75.00 per hour plus copy costs plus mileage. The client has never failed to pay.
