I have been a right-of-way abstractor for a major utility company for the past 6 years.  This type of searches are difficult and takes a good time to search, as an independant abstractor now, I charge a good fee to take my time and do them.  Since now I know how to handle those type of searches, which it could take you from 2-4 days to complete. 

It all depends on the search you are given from your clients.
