After reading everyones comments, Robert gets to see and understand what is trying to be accomplished with the list.  The title companies are rated by the way they make payments.  Before an abstractor leaves a negative feedback, we need to see actual proof and documentation that will hold the accusations. 

The same goes with any title companies when it comes to rate an abstractors performances.  We need to see actual documentation and we will get both side of the stories. 

Is just like what Scott stated "it ain't slander if it's true!".

Before I set up the website, I will still get more input in this matter.  Also, I will not be a collection agency, but a coordinator in this matter. 

It will take another month to get this program up and running.
