We're like Smitty...we save ours forever....its our database that we use and reuse..many times doing the same properties over and over - without having to re-order (and pay for again) old deed copies and waste the time chasing back old chains.  Its all in the prior that we set up the first time we recieve an order. Many times, we just have to update records from a few years or few months.

Sure is a paper nightmare sometimes...trying to change that into all computer based info.  But, we're working on it!
